What is Canada Digital Corridors?
Canada Digital Corridors is a registered trade name of Cloud Comply™ Inc. It identifies, acquires, develops and manages digital assets aligned with infrastructure, investment and the economic activity developing around them.
What is a digital asset?
A domain name and related digital property that provides a digital address for a business, project, service or market — by Place, Industry, Purpose.
Are you selling data centres?
No. We identify, acquire, develop and manage digital assets. We do not sell or operate physical data centre facilities.
Do your domains include land, power or infrastructure?
No. Digital assets only. Land, power, facilities, permits, approvals and physical infrastructure are not included.
Are the infrastructure projects referenced already built?
Not necessarily. Infrastructure activity may be announced, proposed, planned, under development or operational. A geographic or industry reference in a domain does not mean we own or operate the associated physical infrastructure.
What do major projects have to do with local businesses?
When major investment enters a region — from Alberta’s Industrial Heartland to Saskatchewan and similar corridors developing across Canada — businesses, workers, trades, housing, services and local economies grow around it. We develop digital assets across that wider ecosystem — for Canadian businesses operating locally and businesses arriving to work alongside local.
Do you sell domains?
Our model is Built to Hold. Preferred commercial model is leasing and licensing while Cloud Comply™ Inc. retains ownership. Selected assets may be considered for outright acquisition where commercially appropriate. Take it and go.
Can multiple domains be leased together?
Yes. Related assets may be structured together where appropriate, subject to availability and agreed commercial terms.
Why both “centre” and “center”?
Where appropriate, portfolio includes Canadian and U.S. spelling variants as part of broader digital naming strategy.
Are you affiliated with governments or other companies?
No affiliation, endorsement, partnership or authorization should be assumed unless expressly documented in writing.
Can I use a leased domain with my existing digital presence?
Yes. Leased or licensed domain provides access to selected digital address under agreed terms. Implementation within your own digital presence is your responsibility.
Who handles technical setup?
Customer is responsible for website, hosting, configuration and implementation. We provide access to selected digital asset under agreed commercial terms.
How much does leasing cost?
Terms vary by asset, portfolio, intended use and arrangement. Contact through Strategic Enquiries for current availability and terms.
I don’t know much about domains. Can I still enquire?
Yes. You do not need technical expertise. Tell us about your business, project, location or intended use — tell us where you operate and what you are building — we determine if relevant asset is available.
Who can enquire?
Canadian businesses operating locally, and businesses arriving to work alongside local businesses and communities — developers, contractors, trades, workforce, recruitment, accommodation providers, service businesses and others operating within or supporting markets represented by portfolio.
How are payments made?
Payment to Cloud Comply™ Inc. accepted only by direct deposit into corporation’s bank account, Stripe, or wire transfer. No other method accepted.
Do you accept cash, e-transfers or digital currencies?
No.
